Speed Startup 1.03.12 by Super Win Software, Inc. is a shareware utility for Windows. It has been developed to help us optimize our computer Startup. The more applications we have on our Startup, the more time we have to wait for the computer to finish booting. It is a good idea to take a close look at Startup items from time to time. Speed Startup is an easy-to-use software, which allows us to get rid of all those useless or unwanted applications that we do not wish to continue to run on Startup. From the user’s interface, we can access Start, Diagnosis, Contents, Rebuild, Settings, and Help options.
After pressing the Scan button, the program will start detecting and evaluating the Startup items. A full report will be automatically presented at the Diagnosis windows. The found items are divided into five colored categories: Good, Your Choice, Not Required, Bad, and No rating Found. We can get information and instructions from the Speed Assistant window. There is a new, fully featured evaluation version available from the developer’s website that we can download and try free of charge. It runs under all versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems except Windows 95. |
